[ubuntu-studio-users] EQ with JACK

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to quickly ask how you solve setting up a systemwide EQ in JACK for audio monitoring?

There's of course the possibility of running Calf and routing the system output through it, but then the Calf window needs to be open constantly. Pulseaudio has a practical LADSPA-EQ that's set-and-forget, but of course it doesn't work when JACK is started (and has some other latency/performance issues).

Is there anything similar that can be used with JACK?

I'd actually just need to reduce one frequency band at around 140 Hz by 3 or 4 dB and that's it.
