Keep in mind that by default a Windows 10 shutdown is _not_ a regular
shutdown. You either need to shutdown, while pushing a key or to
disable fast startup completely. If you do _not_ really,
completely shutdown, if you instead of executing a plain shutdown,
prefer the fast startup shutdown, Windows 10 will be the OS that next
time automagically will boot. Even if you'll find a workaround to boot
another OS, you won't be able to access the Windows file system from
that other OS, as long as Windows wasn't fully shutdown.

However, how to use Windows 10 correctly became a frequently asked
question on Linux mailing lists, but actually requests regarding
Windows 10, should be addressed to https://support.microsoft.com/.
