[ubuntu-studio-users] can´t mount hard drive of ntfs

when i try to mount the harda drive in ntfs of windows, don´t mount.
Iḿ using windows 10 and ubuntu studio 14. the message that appears it´s
this:

Windows is hibernated, refused to mount.
Failed to mount '/dev/sda4': Operation not permitted
The NTFS partition is in an unsafe state. Please resume and shutdown
Windows fully (no hibernation or fast restarting), or mount the volume
read-only with the 'ro' mount option.
