[ubuntu-studio-users] New Release and New Project Leader

Ubuntu Studio 16.04 Xenial Xerus is out. It is the latest LTS.
Now is also the time to switch project leaders - as a result of the
election process in January 2016. So, please welcome our new project
leader - Set Hallström!
