The subject line is wrong, the thread is broken and below the top
posting the complete digest is quoted.

It's possible to receive a digest in MIME format, but I bet you even
then would find ways to ignore mailing list rules.

Please consider to do it the right way next time, even if somebody
started that "mistake", it's possible not to continue it.
