[ubuntu-studio-users] hELP! Can only log on as guest. Ubuntu Studio 14.1o 64 bit.!

HI,

I've had this issue as well, quite a while ago. The only solution was to
change to another desktop manager:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure lightdm

(if you have lightdm installed of course.)

and even after switching back:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure kdm

the problem was still solved.
