[ubuntu-studio-users] Ubuntu Studio 13.10 released

Kudos to Ho and the rest of the crew!
I used the update in the ordinary way and everything works just fine, which
is a very big deal because "foolproof" is the hardest thing to achieve, and
that is the thing I am the testbed for.
