Obviously, wallpaper preferences are subjective.  I find Shitsukesen's
Ubuntu Studio wallpaper  beautiful and consistent with Ubuntu and
Ubuntustudio designs;

Also, I recycled an old favorite by updating the logos;

IMHO, either of these would suit a dark theme.

I seem to recall that every release (or perhaps only every LTS
release) has held a community art contest for photos.  Might UStudio
not do the same for wallpapers?  Just a thought.
