Yes, it might be just careful.
For anyone keen on a stable version (music making doesn't like bugs), it
might be preferable to wait until a new LTS version is out before upgrading.
Or, as someone just wrote on this list, try a 12.10 version on live-DVD
before upgrading.
Thanks to all who work on Ubuntu and ubuntu studio because it's a good
job anyway.
