UbuntuStudio and Windows8

For secure boot you can install the linux-signed image in vanilla Ubuntu,
however I don't think the Ubuntu Studio images include the -signed kernels.
You probably had to install vanilla Ubuntu, then install the Ubuntu Studio
packages.
