[Maverick] Issue with Qtractor + Fluidsynth-DSSI EVEN IF EVERYTHING IS FROM THE REPOSITORIES

I should point out, however, that I was running a Lucid install which
installs Qtractor 0.4.5 by default.
In contrast, Maverick includes Qtractor 0.4.6 by default.
I believe that AutoStatic's PPA has the latest, which is Qtractor 0.4.8.
Well worth the time to upgrade I believe.
