vpnc does not work!

Good night,

 Since version 9.04 the vpnc is not working, I'm with the version 11.04 and still the same. The most I've managed to do is that I certify to the server, but does not solve the ping to any ip within the vpn.

 Please, anyone know how to solve this problem?
