Gabriel... Procura por ubuntustudio no synaptic que vao aparecer os meta
pacotes. esses metapacotes irao transformar o teu karmic normal no
ubuntustudio conforme queiras. por exemplo o ubuntustudio-audio, prepara o
sistema para audio e instala os programas do pacote, tens os temas tens
icones etc.

You just need to search for ubuntustudio in synaptics and you will find the
ubuntustudio meta packages related to ubuntustudio. you have metapackages
for audio, 2d/3d, graphics, video, the icons themes boot splash, etc
