Getting M-Audio Delta 66 working

Well, I tried pressing them several times, but nothing came out of my speakers.Still, I get a signal shown on the left "Digital Mixer". I guess it may related to the outputs of Audacity and the settings of the patchbay in envy. But I am not quite sure about these, perhaps you may support me here?
