Ciao Pietro,
io non sono tanto "bravo" ma sia che tu utilizzi Ardour o Audacity è 
sembre meglio avviare prima jack, senza x-runs.
Io riesco a registrare anche più di 2 canali con Audacity, ma questo 
dipende dal mio hardware che comunque gestisco con jack.
