Upgrading Jaunty to Studio?

I'm not sure where you're getting the idea from that I'm angry. I'm just trying to pose the questions as clearly as possible.
Can I do #2 that I posted below below: (sudo aptitude update && sudo aptitude install ubuntustudio-desktop ubuntustudio-audio ubuntustudio-audio-plugins ubuntustudio-graphics ubuntustudio-video linux-rt) in Jaunty or do I have to follow the instructions in #1?
In previous versions I was able to do #2, but the instructions on the website point to: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuStudioPreparation which doesn't tell you that you can just install the ubuntustudio packages.
So, just to understand. Can I do #2 or do I have to go through all of the various steps in #1?
Thank you...
