Open
/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist
in your favourite text editor.  You will need to use sudo or be root to
save changes.  It should be obvious what to do from there.

FYI, using google will get you even more detailed info.

It should also be noted, that a user with sufficient privileges (ie.
root or a user with unrestricted sudo access) can still manually install
blacklisted modules into the the kernel with modprobe or insmod.  This
just prevents them from being automatically loaded at boot.
