normal kernel better than rt kernel on hardy?

My config is a standard Ubuntu 64 bits with the RT kernel.

Here is my limits.conf

@audio 		 - 	 rtprio 	 99
@audio 		 - 	 nice 		 -15
@audio 		 -	 memlock  	unlimited

and I launch jackd with "nice -n-15" : /usr/bin/nice
-n-15 /usr/bin/jackd -R -p128 -dalsa -dhw:0,0 -r48000 -p128 -n2 -H -M
