I was going to sit down and build this and report my findings, but I haven't 
had time.  I suggest a good starting place is a

sudo apt-get build-dep rosegarden

That will probably bring in some extra crap, but I hope it might cover 
everything KMetronome needs (and then some.)

If not, I'll make another attempt at getting around to this tomorrow.
