Need workaround for outdated csound version

Thanks! I missed that because I went to
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=81968&package_id=120482
where the debs are well and truly buried. Could have saved myself a
bit of time.

That said, there's still the issue of the version numbers. As far as
apt is concerned I am downgrading from 1:4.23f13-1.1 to 5.04.0-1 which
is going to cause problems. The only thing I can think of doing is to
have a go at the deb from sourceforge with a hex editor and see if I
can change some of those numbers. I did try to build from source at it
was an agonising failure. Then I tried the binary installers, but what
I ended up with only half worked, in addition to which the version of
cecilia I now have works even less well than the ubuntu one. Nasty.
