How to setup SB live! midi port?

Hi:

I have a SB LIVE! sound card instaled.

The Alsa sounds soo good but I cant play any midi files.
All programs reports:  No Midi Device, No sequencer...

There is the output of the command

Any advices?
Maybe recompile Kernel?
