updating, upgrading Feisty, Gutsy

I was using UbuntoStudio 7.04 and did the upgrade with dis-upgrade
over the network. It upgraded  just fine, but, I think due to the
traffic it took about 6 hours. I did it a night, so no problems.

Oh, I was told that I should run apt-get update and upgrade before
anything, which I did.
