Update port

I assume you mean apt. Apt, as far as I know, just uses HTTP (Port 80, which
isn't blocked on most firewalls etc.) to connect to ubuntu.com, its various
subdomains (archive.ubuntu.com etc.), and archive.ubuntustudio.org. Make
sure those domains are not blocked.
