could it be Xbuntu Studio? or Ubuntu StuCUI?

my pc has Pen3 and 256RAM on it
so i wonder if i could start from Xbuntu
but get into studio via the net

i even want to turn the default CUI prompt oriented
is that mission impossible?
oh? maybe i should start from Ubuntu and go CUI?
