Idle Logout Issue

About 1 out of every 5 times I leave my laptop idle for more than 15 minutes
or so, when I come back, it's sitting at the login screen. I've even
"caught" it in the act once, basically logging out as I sat down to get back
to work. As you can imagine, this is incredibly annoying and has caused loss
of work multiple times.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue or know of a workaround / fix?
