Firefox/Flash with jackd

I disable flash whenever I am doing audio work (flashblock plugin).  The
CPU overhead is simply not worth it.  I actually do most of my browsing
this way as I personally find flash annoying more often than not.

Of course that is merely my opinion, for some reason unknown to me,
flash is popular.
