[ubuntu-studio-devel] How to get debug information in Ubuntu Studio?

Ever since I installed Ubuntu Studio 22.04 LTS, Discover has crashed if I close it immediately after performing updates without changing the selected category in the navigation pane left from "Updates" to something else (e.g. "Applications").

I attempted to report this to bugs.kde.org, but am unable to provide the requested debug information. (Please see the bug report <https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=460145>  for the gory details.)

For a few weeks now, KDE Plasma has been crashing occasionally immediately after login.  Again, I am unable to generate a useful trace or bug report.

I have attempted to follow some instructions I found on askubuntu <https://askubuntu.com/questions/487222/how-to-install-debug-symbols-for-installed-packages>  for installing debug symbols without success.

What do I need to install and/or configure to get useful bug reports and/or crash traces in Ubuntu Studio 22.04 LTS?
