If it exists in both Manjaro *and* Ubuntu Studio, then the logical conclusion 
is that it's potentially an upstream bug in KDE Plasma. We can't fix it here 
unless it's fixed there first, and even then, the Kubuntu team maintains the 
packages in question with the KDE stack.

You'll have to mention the version of Plasma (5.24) when reporting the bug.

The bug has been reported here:  https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=456464 (from Manjaro) and shows the status as "RESOLVED FIXED" but doesn't list a "Version Fixed In".
