[ubuntu-studio-devel] ardour backport ppa for 20.10

Hi Wouter,

The main Ubuntu Studio Backports PPA has Ardour 6.5 for 20.10. This extra PPA 
was meant only for users of 20.04 LTS since it comes with Ardour 5.12.
