Hi Daniel!
1) Most of those are just warnings and not critical to the operation of the app. Long story short, it’s making calls to the GTK+ API that GTK+ no longer supports, or will soon be deprecated. This is nothing to worry about as it does not affect the operation of the app. Furthermore, pitivi is a GTK3-based app which, if using Ubuntu Studio’s default desktop environment (Xfce), is running in a GTK2 environment. Those warnings are to be expected. As far as the GSound error, GSound is not installed by default, and might be a recommended package for pitivi. To correct the error, install GSound, but it’s not required except for the notification sound as described in the error.
2) For this, please file a bug report by typing “ubuntu-bug openshot” in the terminal and following the instructions given. This mailing list isn’t the place for bug reports, and filing a report in that manner gets a ton more eyes on it than are watching here. :)
I hope that helps!
Erich
