[ubuntu-studio-devel] Feature Definition Freeze around the corner

Hi Set,

Quickly writing this before running out the door.

I know I am a week late, but I just added a testing team blueprint. This
is basically to keep working on the manual test cases, and keep them up
to date with the new package selections.
