[ubuntu-studio-devel] More controls stuff

It seems my glade file can have all sorts of widgets in it that are not
used. So long as their callbacks are not expected. Anyway, please find
attached some screen shots of where I want to go with controls.

I can keep this glade file around as a master and remove boxes that don't
do anything so the glade in the current controls has only widgets that
work :) But it should be easy to keep adding code and removing less as
things get where they should be.

Comments would be good. Some notes:
The backup jack master would only be active if the jack master is a USB
device. Otherwise it should be greyed out. (or maybe not, it may be
possible to auto switch from speakers to headphones)
