[ubuntu-studio-devel] Debian Freeze

Sorry - I said on IRC that the Debian Soft Freeze was on 5th Dec. I was
mixing up my 5ths.

  * |[2016-Dec-05] |Mandatory 10-day migrations
  * |[2017-Jan-05]| Soft freeze (no new packages, no re-entry, 10-day
    migrations)

There is a better chance that krita will make it out of the NEW queue in
time for us. We will need to sync it manually though, as it will go into
experimental. Should test it first.
