Just: Who are you?

Don't mix interviewing artists with marketing. Assumed you want to mix
it with a statistic, then asked why the artist won't become a
contributor. Seriously, just ask: Who are you? What's your intention to
make art? When did you start to make art? and something like this.

Kidding aside.

That's a silly question. The interview isn't for a girly friendship
book, if I'm mistaken, then don't forget to ask what the fave school
subject is.
