[ubuntu-studio-devel] Feature Definition Discussion: Multimedia Application Categorization

Three more blueprints, all of which are dependencies on the main
categorization blueprint:

I've added workitems for all the desktop files I was able to filter out.
But, there are probably errors. Also, before we start checking the
categories, we need to have some sort of plan on what to check against.
I'll try to sort that out later today.
