I don't usually comment here, but I though this is somewhat important.

lv2fil is no longer maintained and has been dropped from Debian.
Robin Gareus did a better replacement, fil4.lv2. See 
https://github.com/x42/fil4.lv2
This is part of the x42-plugins package.

(fil4.lv2 uses the same base code that lv2fil did)
