[ubuntu-studio-devel] Wubi - nuke it from orbit

As I understand it, wubi has not been supported, developed or upgraded for YEARS.  Moreover, wubi is known to conflict with Ubuntu 13.XX and newer.  So WHY is wubi not only present in the Ubuntu ecosystem, but actually packaged with Ubuntu .iso's?   

For the love of kittens, puppies and all that is good, please!  Delete, remove, de-install and purge wubi from Ubuntu flavors!  Confused and frustrated users will thank you.
