Hi,

perhaps it's better to make MIMI digest the default for both lists,
for those who chose to receive digest mails.

There unlikely is any MUA unable to handle MIME mails by default.

Using MIME digest the issue with broken threads and useless subjects
once and for all would be done.

The Debian user mailing list only provides MIME digest, just mailman
mailing lists default to plain text digest and allow the user to chose.

With plain text digest nothing is gained. MIME digest is a win without
byeffect.
