[ubuntu-studio-devel] [semi off-topic] Nearly done with fine detail port of modded US circa 2008 theme to Gtk 3.14 w matching Gtk2 version

Gtk themes consist entirely of source and contain no compiled binaries. I have attached 
a tarball containing all the files  from the last version I made before adding support for my hacked 
gtk3 version of mate-panel. I also attached the Hardy Heron version of the theme, which of
course is gtk2 only.

I put a lot of work into duplicating the pretty murrine selected items in gtk3 without using a 
theme engine at all, this would have to be redone to revert the color but is just taking 
screenshots and using the resulting images as gtk3 widget backgrounds.

To revert my theme to be almost exactly what US used in 2008 for both Gtk2 and Gtk3 
would require these changes:

Revert Gtk2 theme's gtkrc and the selected color to the US blue used in 2008, not the
blue-green I had first set up in gnome-appearance-properties and coded in when gtk3 came out.

Screenshot selected menus in gtk2 (murrine) and pick out the colors with gimp's color
picker. You need the color at the edges and at the center. Those become the menu
gradient colors a, b, c, and d. These had to be hardcoded due to the difficulty of getting
an exact match by shading.

Remove customized radio buttons from gtkrc, let murrine draw them instead. Screenshot
them and used them in gtk3 exactly as I used the screenshotted gtk2 checboxes in gtk3

If necessary I could set up the reverted to stock colors US-legacy  theme myself with a few days of work.
