No, we would need to add our own settings package as an alternative to
the settings packages of other flavors in their DE metas.

Anyway, Xubuntu have just created a xubuntu-core meta, which will have
the core components for their DE setup.
So, as a first step, I will copy that to create our own mnimal desktop
seed file, and use that as base for our minimal CD ISO.
