[ubuntu-studio-devel] What should be included by default in Trusty?

I don't know of any video codec which can be played on a default install of Windows
XP, a default install of say, Ubuntu Dapper, and gives any reasonable degree of 
compression.

At any event, the whole point of free software is that I decide what to do with my 
computers, nobody else does.
