[ubuntu-studio-devel] Ubuntu Studio 13.10 - Default wallpaper proposition RC1

Hi fellows,

Here the RC2 version for the 13.10 default wallpaper :

New things on this RC2 version :
- I added volume and relief effects in the COF area.
- I added a gradient effect on "ubuntu" text.
