[ubuntu-studio-devel] Ubuntu Studio 13.10 - Default wallpaper proposition RC1

Dear fellows,

Here a proposition for the 13.10 default wallpaper :

I wanted to do a basic and "all-purpose" design. The "bar code" design
above the 13.10 is not mandatory and could be removed or replace by
something else.

Any remarks and suggestions are welcome.
