Razor-Qt + KWin

At the moment I can't recommend it, but it seems to be promising. I'm
testing it on a Kubuntu Saucy install + Ubuntu Studio Audio meta
package.

PS: I heard "serious" rumors/FUD about G"xy" and was ask not to spread
it ;). Those rumors/FUD backup my own opinion/feeling and I'll spread
it, as soon as I'm able to verify my "impression".
