We definately could be more outgoing when trying to find more developers
for Ubuntu Studio.
Personally, I'd like to have a comprehensive developer documentation
first. It would make it easier when dealing with new developers. Less
communication needed, as most of the answers would be in the docs. Also, a
good blueprint planning will make it possible for people to just jump in
and start working on something.
And then there is the question where to hunt for help. The website is
given. We should have a good section on that.
Linux audio developer/user mail lists are good places for finding audio
developers/users.
We'd need to find people who want to help with the other workflows too.
