Quantal RC is missing menu 'System -> Administration ->Additional Drivers'

It's just because https://help.ubuntu.com/community/BinaryDriverHowto/ATI refers to this menu. I guess I'll be able to get what I need, but users should be able to use Ubuntu Wikis. Customized menus are nice, but should keep some basic stuff.

Excuse me I don't even HAVE a Adminstration menu.....
