CD Image Build failure

    Rather it means that the attempt to generate a new daily build for that
day failed, and provides some explanation of what went wrong.  Except in very
unusual circumstances, there is always a "daily build" available on the
cdimage server, but for days when the build fails, it is not updated.

    Those who regularly update their copy of the daily image with rsync
will simply not receive an update for that day.  Those downloading an image
for the first time will receive the last successful build (that of the 21st
as of a few minutes ago).
