As far as I know, the decision has already been made to ship with PA at
this time. The user is always welcome to remove it in their setup. I am
only testing US as it comes and reporting the troubles I have putting it
to use so that we can document it or change the setup as needed. So far PA
as it is can be used where it is appropriate and can be made to stay out
of the way when it isn't. For the purposes of my testing that is all I
need.
