ttf-mona in font-meta seed (Re: Last call for Oneiric seeds)

Dear developer.

The ttf-mona package is included in font-meta.

But the source is discontinued and it's a lack of much Japanese glyphs.
http://monafont.sourceforge.net/

Ubuntu Japanese Local Community release ttf-takao-pgothic package and it
has whole unicode glyphs.
I reccomend you to use this instead of ttf-mona.

Of cource, this change is related to the size of iso image.
ttf-takao-pgothic is bigger than ttf-mona by 3 MB.
