It's funny, I was thinking about this yesterday and was wondering what
was going on, as since I was ditched there did not seem to be anyone
else willing to get the ball rolling. So I'm glad you did.

As I remain purely in a consultancy position, I might point out that I
think it would be a good idea to start a wiki page somewhere so that we
can use it as a whiteboard for some planning and also to post the
aforementioned positions and peoples details of who holds those
positions.
It might help everyone in understanding who is doing what and for what
role.
